This patient had round textured saline implants approximately 330 ss placed by another surgeon in the past. She was looking for a more natural augmentation so we deflated her old implants and sized her using 3D imaging with Vectra. We achieved her goal by using Natrelle implants filled to 265 cc on the right and 270 cc on the left via IMF incision.
