37 year old woman who came in to The Peer Group complaining about her facial appearance. She was not happy with the bags under her eyes and how they made her appear tired. A lower blepharoplasty using a transcongunctival tecnique was the solution. Additionally, fat was taken from the patients stomach to dervive pure fat cells which were then injected into her cheeks to add volume.
