An in-house operating room (OR) is an on-site surgical area that makes it so that patients can receive care without leaving the facility. This is ideal for surgical patients because it makes accessing care more convenient, especially for those who do not want to travel to different areas or hospital surgery centers. About Our In-House OR Center
At the in-house OR surgical center, The Peer Group offers a comprehensive range of plastic surgery procedures for the face, breasts, and body. Our highly customizable procedures include facelifts, nose surgery (rhinoplasty), breast augmentation, and body contouring to help you enhance your appearance in a way that aligns with your aesthetic goals. Our surgeons are skilled in the latest techniques and technologies to help patients enhance their facial appearance, define their figure, and even address functional issues that interfere with comfort and confidence.
We also provide a variety of non-surgical treatments, including injectables, laser skin resurfacing, and body contouring solutions to help patients enhance their appearance without surgery.
The Peer Group is accredited by the American Association of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities (AAAASF) and is committed to excellence and safety in all aspects of patient care. Our surgery center includes:

In-House Ambulatory Surgical Center Procedures
Face & Neck Procedures
At our in-house ambulatory surgical center, we offer several different types of face and neck procedures to improve your facial balance and proportions as well as reduce signs of aging:
- Facelift: We can remove excess, droopy facial skin to create a smoother, more youthful appearance with reduced wrinkles and fine lines. Facelifts address the cheeks and jowls; they are typically combined with a neck lift to reduce excess skin and muscle banding.
- Mini facelift: While a traditional facelift typically addresses the mid-face and lower facial regions, the mini facelift is best for patients looking to primarily address sagging jowls and the loose skin of the lower facial regions and neck.
- Rhinoplasty: We can reshape the nose to balance your facial proportions and even improve airflow if functional issues are present.
- Brow Lift: We can remove and reposition excess skin above the brows to reduce wrinkles and fine lines for a more youthful appearance.
- Eyelid Surgery: With an upper, lower, or quad blepharoplasty, we can remove excess skin and reposition tissues around the eyes to create a more alert appearance.

Breast Procedures

Candidates
Candidates for receiving an in-house OR procedure must be in good overall health and without any conditions affecting their ability to heal or receive anesthesia. If you have realistic expectations about your procedure, you are likely a good candidate. If you smoke, you must be willing to stop temporarily before and after your procedure. You must also follow any preparation and recovery instructions provided by your care team to ensure a smooth recovery.

During your consultation, we will review your aesthetic goals, lifestyle, and personalized needs to help you improve your well-being and determine if an in-house OR procedure is a good fit for you. Depending on your procedure, we may also take detailed scans; we offer Vectra 3D imaging for patients who wish to receive breast augmentation to help them understand how different implant sizes will affect their body proportions.
